Restriction of Responsibility

In the event of any unforeseen errors or negligence associated with discrepancies in test results, Level up laboratory will undertake to rectify deficient work at its own expense and shall not assume any additional liability. All cases will be considered waived after testing unless a written notice is submitted within thirty days (30) of service.
Level up laboratory shall bear no responsibility or obligations for any expenses, damages, or losses incurred directly or indirectly from the services provided under this Agreement. Additionally, we disclaim liability for any results or publications of test results on third-party sites. The results are intended solely for our clients' use and discretion; we disclaim any responsibility for the use of these results by any third party or separation thereof.

Indemnification

As a client of Level up laboratory, you commit to assuming full responsibility for indemnifying us against all claims and holding harmless any employees, officers, directors, or agents from and against any legal claims, actions, or expenses. This includes reasonable legal fees resulting from the client's breach of any terms, representations, or warranties.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Level up laboratory shall not be held responsible or liable to the client for any failure or delays in service resulting from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Level up laboratory's daily operations. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, delays in traffic or transportation, third-party delivery services, intervention from government authorities, shortage of supplies/services from routine vendors, or any other causes beyond our control.
