FAQ
Can reports be viewed through an online platform?
Yes! The laboratory has an online reporting portal available through Level Up Laboratory. To initiate access, kindly submit a ticket via email to support@level-uplabs.com. This account will grant you online access to view all requested test panels, presented in a final report format known as a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the submitted samples.
How do I submit samples for testing?
We offer courier and pick-up services for specimen collection at your convenience. Our laboratory requires a trained technician for obtaining samples for batch testing at grow sites. Please adhere to the packaging recommendations outlined in the California Code of Regulations, ensuring proper labeling for each sample. For flowers, use a static bag; for concentrates, utilize a snap cap or screw-top test tube/vial, and for edibles, choose a retail package, bag, vial, or any securely sealed container. For detailed sample submission instructions, kindly contact the lab. We look forward to assisting you further.
